03072008111 tried numerous times, I do not recognise the number, So I wont answer, No message left.
SPAM Long pause between answering and any sound. Caller just hungup.
SCAM pre recorded national crime agency misuse of national insurance number
Rang saying they were from Openreach. My landline is cable with Virgin so I wouldn't need to be contacted by them. Hung up on them as probably a scam.

Automated message said there was a tax fraud case against me and if I didn't press 1 there would be a warrant issued. I did not press 1 :-).
