Overseas caller with accent said they were from Scottish Power wanted to arrange appointment to fit smart meter Call was echoing and I could hear what I had just said to them replayed back Told them firmly NO Remember to block this number so they cant ring you back For landline numbers check with your phone provider as they may be able to advise you how to do this

Missed call, no voicemail left and number not found in any of the who called me / scam phone number databases. Presumably an automated call and most likely a scam call.
