SCAM. Delayed automated message saying my name is connected to Tax Fraud. Then says press 1 to connect to an operator. I hung up at that point.

SCAM robocall says your NI has been used in a crime and all your assets will be seized, then wants your banking info. No way.
Safe number
Caller claiming to be checking up on a government scheme for free loft installation that we'd had installed. We've not had any loft insulation installed recently. Caller thanked me and cleared the line when I explained - so I'm not sure if this is a genuine follow up who got the wrong number, or a scam.
Possible SCAM or PHISHING been contacted via WhatsApp, just blocked
SCAM saying they are from the tax office and you will be arrested if you don't follow their directions. I don't think!
