This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. If you miss your payments then i agree a call to either take payment or talk about how you intend to meet the payments, but not 6 times a day, and you need to update customer management systems of previous conversations. REMEMBER never go through security on an incoming call, always call them back, this is just a hired call center doing their debt collection, you dont know what they are doing with your data
