Just had a call from this number. I have a telephone with monitor function, i pressed the button which allowed me to listen to a call center. No one answered or spoke!

Phoned 3 times a day for a week
This number rang twice within 15 mins. they didn't speak English but they knew our name.
The caller just shouted down the phone then hung up, the number is constantly on my phone
