Just had a call from this number. I think it is the first one I have received. I called back as it had an England dial code, and I wondered if it was someone I knew. But there was a garbled message saying something about DS designs or something... won t be picking up if they call again though

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2038683xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing - accident chasers, PPI, but also financial services. Just block it
People did someone answer this number? I had few missed calls from this one, probably some call centre robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Claimed they were talktalk & my broadband was slow & they would fix it by giving me thi gs to type into my pc then log in to my bank account to get ref number which they said would give me a compensation refund of £404. Told them I'm not going to log on while he was on the phone with me & controlling my pc. He didn't sound too happy when I said I'm not going to log in to my account he insisted it was to claim my money, I said no & he said goodbye & hung up.
