got a message from this number saying that I recently completed a course with a learning centre. which I have. and to let them know if I have progressed into one of the following. wanting me to text them with the number 1 for full time employment,2 part time 3further training 4voluntary work or 5 if still looking kind regards Helen. How did they find out that I had done a course
Did not answer, called back from work phone - got recorded message. Sounds like the same (Welsh - female) voice that I get (unwelcome) PPI calls from.

Advantage Energy. Usual cold caller, but not obviously dodgy (other than being a cold caller).
SCAM. Yet another call from asia pretending to be BT telling me my internet is about to be cut off. This one got me out of bed at a quarter to eight.
