A recorded message stated that two transactions had been attempted from our account and if we wanted to stop them press 1 without thinking the number was pressed and whenwe tried to call back for further information a message said that this number was unavailable

not a cold call, - just a business - I filled an application form out for PPI, was just a follow up call, gentleman on the other was very polite and informative. seems genuine.

Don't know who the person below checked with but the number belongs to Alex Fox. She works at the Doncaster branch. I went in to check in person after receiving a call to confirm. I've since had a review and she saved me a lot of money.

Automated call saying that 2 transactions had been made on a card l don't normally use. I checked with my bank and they confirmed that this was a scam trying to get my bank details. Avoid at all costs
