Quite convincing IVR system with a persona of "Amanda Smith" - calling to confirm you ve been in a car accident. Likely phishing. Try answering questions with nonsense ("purple", "carrot", "twelve", and you can tie the IVR in knots... Also calls from 01218127209 amongst others.

Phoned out of the blue offering a 'mortgage review' when told not interested totally disbelieved me then asked if I had a mortgage. I refused to discuss my financial arrangements so she put the phone down! Totally rude, wouldn't deal with these people even if the company is genuine
