Said he was from Vitality Life insurance (prudential) asked for my husband by name then got cut off he rang back again asking for me by name. When I asked what he wanted he said it was to review my policy to see if I wanted to upgrade. Told him my husband died in December and they hadn't paid out on that policy yet so there was no chance I would upgrade or review it. He apologised and said he hadn't been informed well surely if he was from that company he should have known. It was upsetting for me but made
