They claim to be your local energy advisor. I have received 5 calls today (18/07/2023). I have phoned back, listened to the bull carp, and when put through to a human, asked for number to be taken off list. Then had another call.Automated call
Anonymous message via WhatsApp from this number, Unknown sender only wrote 'Hi'.
Caller said they were from O2. Said there was suspicious activity on my account, then a text turned up that looked to have come from O2. The text had a code number that they wanted to "prove I was the account holder. I'm sorry. This is an obvious scam. They'd use that code to hijack my account, change the address, and order as many high end phones and tablets as O2 would let them. Called, and instantly hanged up.
