Cold called from this number, phoned back but they refused to give company web address of email, apparently you only get that if you have "pre qualified" . Seems to be...
Caller claimed to be from BT and told me that my internet and phone connections were being cut off today (26/08/2020) because of "suspicious activity".

This caller is advanced medical just ignore left it to answer phone and they rung off. Blocked it

Phone rang at 6pm Saturday night but the line was silent
Automated call asking that money was going out but if you didn’t do this transaction to cancel via the phone call. THIS IS A SCAM. Do not do anything and block the number.
Caller says he can appeal our business rates and save money. Howver a google search shows Melville consulting is a scam operator that lodges the appeal online, which anybody csn do, thrn charges £700 after which they do nothing. Same phone number also brlobgs to Webster and Long. Avoid. In most cases there is no chance of rates reduction. Its easy to check on .gov site the rates details for your property.

Fraud HMRC Scam
Kept calling me although I asked them not to several times. Finally spoke with someone today who said they need a name to remove me from the list. I would not give mine (might just mean more trouble!) but as they were chasing up a former (now lapsed) subscriber they were happy that I gave them his surname.(He left this address in 2012!)
