A man claimed to work for bitcoin.com and said that I'd signed up to make money online. I've been called over 20 times a day from people who claim to be from some financial company for the past 2 weeks (they make up a new name each time). Numbers probably spoofed but tend to start 0161768, 0161818 , 0113301 or 0113868. Normally decline and block but have answered a couple to ask them to stop. This one swore at me when I asked.
they keep calling asking for a mrs humpfries. My number is private and has not been changed for many years. Don't answer.

Annoying or Dangerous? They say I'm entitled to some money for a car accident that wasn't my fault. I've not had one. I presume they got my name and number from somewhere and they're calling people at random. They gave a company name something like "Auto Assist" but I don't recall exactly. I have had several calls from them in the past few weeks (Sep-Oct 2020). The final last digits of the calling number have varied from 008 to 228.
