The woman who a Scottish accent let me know they are sending out a letter containing a voucher and apologising for any inconvenience etc caused. Looking at the comments it s simply a call centre th at takes on out sourced work from various companies.

Probably the same case as previously reported 01386244364 - ambulance chasers, insurance company. Not interested. I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (wery usefull for call centres). No problems.
Just have had a call from this number about insulation that could be mauled and need to be checked. Went into this page to check, is it scam or not. Look like a scam, the maines...
