Said it wasn’t a cold call - well yes it was because I didn’t ask them to call me Said from Rethink uk and was going to talk to me about my energy consumption May be a genuine company but playing on peoples concerns about energy prices/usage and was obviously going to want to do an “energy survey” of my home so that they could sell me something He wanted to confirm my name but when I asked him what the call was about first he hung up Definitely a cold call and I am on the TPS so that is illegal anyway
