This is the second time to-day that these idiots try to get into my computer. The call was allegedly International but the location was Manchester, An Asian accented male trotted out his garbage and I suggested he go forth.

Gutter snipe pests who will phone every day. Put them on your harrassment filter and if you don't have one get one as an app.
FrI was caught out by this today. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. They applied just enough pressure when the texts to change my account detail came in that I didn't have time to read them properly. Thankfully, I read them after the call and got straight on to O2 to change
Got the call, I answered and said nothing 2-3 seconds later they hung up Called back and got nothing. No dial tone.
