This number is a company called Natural Essentials. They flog over-priced vitamins and supplements to vulnerable elderly people. They are really persistent. When they come up against call blockers, they instantly re-dial with alternative numbers. Just recently they are even switching to international numbers in an effort to bypass. Just had one of the calls mentioned above. I hung up but curiosity got the better of me so I called the number which went straight into a recorded message so obviously not a government office. I agree it's a scam and could be very worrying for elderly or vulnerable people.
