Fake caller pretending to be a hmrc and claiming there was tax fraud investigation and if I didn't answer I would arrested promptly, I pressed 1 and a person answered saying how can I help you today, this therefore told me straight away it was a scam as why does a hmrc officer need to ask me how they can help me if they called me. Don't continue with the unless you want to mess them around.

AMAZON - Recorded message telling me I needed to renew my Amazon subscription. SCAM
Automated call stating that the call was from Amazon Prime and that the prime account was going to auto re-new imminently by direct debit. If I wanted to speak to someone then hang on the line... Strange as I don't have an Amazon Prime account... so go figure... Also tried phoning number back and "lo and behold" the number is not recognised... I would be VERY aware of this...

Lady called initially saying she was from Talk Talk about suspicious activity on my Internet then half way through her patter, after I asked her to spell her name (Janat then janet) she said she was from BT.
Hangs up several seconds after calling. Had several of these from other mobile numbers (07479201512, 07890114980) numbers over the past week. AVOID!

I think it was a scam number. No-one spoke when I answered and it was on landline I hardly ever get calls on.
Tom calling about loft insulation. He has previously called on another number which we have blocked so have now blocked this one. I believe this is an automated call obviously made to sound like the person is on the other end of the phone.

Fraud scam. Scam insurance crash call. The call operator was obviously very new at this. Fumbled and stumbled his way through the script in barely understandable “Hind-lish”. I stopped him and told him he was really terrible at this game, should stop now, he’s not cut out to be another sh*tty scammer. Told him his parents would be ashamed of him. He apologised and cut the call.
