This is a open number which is used by hundereds of different people via a prank text messaging app. So to anserw the question, no it is not the same person sending messages.

Called today from 02030930494 and it was someone claiming to renew my washing machine warranty. Told them i do not have cover even though he started conversation with renewal quote. He got rude and obnoxious and I hung up!
