They have been calling every day for a week. Some times 2 or 3 times. Getting fed up now!!

No answer. Rang back and got a message saying "Your call is very important to me. Please hold whilst we transfer you to an agent."

Keeps calling me several times a day and hanging up!

Do not answer. My number is registered with the MPS (Mobile Preference Service) yet they still called. Claimed that they are from Assured Legal and that they are calling about an accident I recently had (not true). As soon as I tried to explain that their records were incorrect they hung up on me. calls me everyday without fail, sometimes twice. they hang up as soon as i answer. tried to call back and its answerphone for a ppi company but no other info.

Rang today, when I asked why they had called me and how they received my mobile number he just continued with PPI refund speech. Again I explained that I don t have loans or a mortgage so he then began to question me as to if I knew what PPI was as I must have signed up for it. Rude and don t take no for an answer so next time they call I am going to blow a whistle down the ear piece of my phone.

It's a fake number anyway so don't give it any further thought. 020 is the city code for London but digits after that start with 3, 7, or 8.

He wanted to talk to the person who deals with electricity bills, so I asked him whether he meant the business or home account. I don t think he understood me, got mildly aggressive, so I repeated myself until he said the business account. Then I said "well our business is a boat, it doesn t use gas or electricity, so unless you can supply me red diesel at a competitive rate there is nothing you can do for me." Hopefully I won t hear from him again.
