This number called me several times and was rep[orted as fraud or scam. Having read the reviews here I knew that there eas a valid reason for Extraenergy to call me so I rang it back. Indeed it was a genuine call and the person that rang was indeed in Cape

SCAM Called saying they were from BT and my internet speed had been reported as an issue. A technician are working on it, but it was software on my router that was wrong. Got me to look up internet speed. Gave them fake results, which would have been top drawer, to be told they were not good Passed me to another technician to get me to open windows run and enter 'www.anydesk.com'. That scam has been doing the rounds for years. Told them I worked in IT, and they hung up!
