20.09.2017 19.20pm had a call from 08001077473 When I picked up the phone a woman didn't mention my just said that her name was "Claire" from BG but my details had disappeared from the screen, I said what was it about, she said just your account details, said we would get a call again in a few days, after reading all the comments if I see this number again I am going to ignore it. 01268297675 - when you call this number back it says that their office is closed (at all times during the week!) I have blacklisted the number due to my severe & enduring mental health condition as 5he only reason for doing this so frequently with no callback is to upset people. I am aware that I have incurred arrears but I have time to pay via the dates on my 9nline account. The caller should be prosecuted both civilly & criminally under the Telecommunications Act!
