This number is from AO.COM (Appliances on Line) and is likley to be with regard to a recent purchase and/or expired warranty of an applicance such as a Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing Machine etc. They will try to sell you an extened warranty etc

Automated call claiming about my national insurance number being used fraudulently

When I tried to return the call, all I got was a message saying that this is a marketing call, no one is available to take my call, we may call you back later. There was NO opt out option.
I am getting calls saying pay up or court action. Are this company real?
