Appears to be a dodgy call about loft insulation. Surveying in our area (Lincolnshire and they are Bourenmouth?). Asking questions about freehold, access to property. Scam? Called yesterday and again today, but did not pick up
They call and hang up - then when you call them their opening line is "Are you responding to a missed call" Not even a hello - obviously their business model requires curiosity of the caller to find out who called, then they try to trap you into getting a boiler and loft insulation that are apparently part of the greendeals fund run by the government - you can do this yourself without someone taking a cut if you really want. Just another PPI type firm.
