called me about PPI refund of £1,780 on a loan which I did not have from a bank where I have not got an account. Well dodgy.
SCAM - purports to be from Car Phone Warehouse and can improve my current mobile deal. Had details of my current provider but couldn't tell me what deal I'm on. Got shirty with me when I asked for verification so I hung up. I called the number back but discontinued line. Had same call from 6 different numbers in the last week, all beginning 0203 789 6xxx. Avoid.
Missed phone call so I googled it and was directed here...... Glad I didn't answer now cheers Who Called Me.

SCAM - Possible scam - Called to my work number saying they were from vigin media and hung up without any apology/discussion when said this was a work address
SCAM I recognised the 01296 as a scam number and said I blocking that number, the line went dead. I blocked the number.

This company seems to be posing as a genuine company so that should you talk to a person and they give you the company name and you google them you ll come up with a genuine reliable company - but the real companies number is on the site and doesn t match this number at all. They are posing as Mark Group - should you get to speak to a person ask them for the company name before agreeing to give them your info. Then pretend you know them, tell them they ve helped you already and have provided you with both
