I answered the phone but had to wait several seconds for a response. I m slightly disabled and had forgotten about nuisance calls. I was stunned how this Asian women knew my name and she asked me if I got a local newspaper at my home. I replied "no, but I m on interested in newspapers". When she replied that it wasn t a safe call I just said "Well goodbye then" and hung up. I asked my support worker about them and I think they are just trying to rob you.
