Fraud- claiming to be from sky, claiming technical issues and someone trying to access my broadband/modem, wanted me to give him access of my devices so he can show me what he means, I asked him to clarify that he wants me to give him access to my devices, he repeated that there was a technical issue and someone was trying to access my broadband/modem and that he can show me, so I asked him to answer my question to which he said yes, i also asked him to l me what name is on the account. He promptly hung up.
Got this phone call 6 times today did not pick up and they did not leave a message, looking at all of the other comments I suspect that it is a idiot salesman that is just wanti...

A man called James from Right Step Solutions (or Step Right Solutions). He had an English accent and called my number asking for someone else I live with. Very sus as to how he’d got my number but someone else’s name. When he asked when they’d be back and I started telling him, he cut off the call. I tried calling it back but it just goes dead so they don’t accept inbound calls. Can only assume they are dodgy.
02086998941 asian voice purporting to be ringing about a call blocking service, asked for me by name. Haven't requested this so put the phone down. Have now received several calls about this so-called service, all from different numbers. Don't trust it.
