Received a call to say the cover on my washing machine was about to expire and they wanted to get the renewal done before the 1st April and they had managed to reduce the price. I was then asked if I was using the same debit card?
I asked how much the premium was and was told it £9.90, I asked if this was per month or for the year, which was not answered, but I was asked for my sort code.
When I asked for confirmation in writing the phone went dead.
