Hackles went up so I asked them for a number to call back on - they gave me 0345 609 0062. I rang this and CSA answered, but no one named Emma in department had called me. Was told I had to have NI number to find case, no other way, so call back with NI number. Also my kids are all over 20 which isn t under CSA jurastriction - extremely dodgy"

The number onscreen was the 0800 number but when listening to voicemail, the carrier gave a different number and the number left in the message for me to call was the same and not the 0800 number. I m guessing this is genuine.."
