"Inbound call. They said CSA and asked for NI. I didn t have it so they said they would ask security questions. Hackles went up so I asked them for a number to call back on - they gave me 0345 609 0062. I rang this and CSA answered, but no one named Emma in department had called me. Was told I had to have NI number to find case, no other way, so call back with NI number. Also my kids are all over 20 which isn t under CSA jurastriction - extremely dodgy"
