This is probably SCAM/SPAM. I didn't understand what the caller was saying (with a far eastern accent), something about computers. When I told here I did not want to talk to her and hung up, she rang me back twice more, asking why. When I shouted down the phone "Get off my phone, I don't want to speak to you", I received not more calls..........yet.

I'm pretty sure that this is a scam number. It's number called me and told me that there had been a fraudulent charge on my visa number and asked me to dial 1. The number did not ask for my name. The number did not give me any digits from my account numbers. I don't hold a visa card. I did not press one. I hung up immediately. Obvious scam beware!

Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. Like others have said, AO.com trying to sell extra coverage for the appliance. I d seen here that s what they were doing but answered in the end as I was worried they might not deliver it if I didn t, since people had said they asked delivery details. In the end they just repeated what the website had said already regarding the delivery, and then pushed quite hard on the extra coverage, which I really didn t want - I bought from AO.com to save money, not spend extra!
