Purport to be transaction investigators for TSB, and for an hour went over and over questioning, checking transactions, cancelling card, and then working very hard to persuade that account needed closing and reopening with a safe sort code and account number, asking about standing orders and Direct debits!!! Thankfully we realised in time and put a stop to it. They had enough information by then to make it dodgy!!!!

Called back and responded to by auto response - doesn’t tell you who operates the line and says one of our ‘Executives’ will be with you shortly, then puts you on endless hold. If not spam it certainly gives that impression.

I filled in a pile of crap and they only stopped me going further this time because they cannot count and apparently I am in London...news to me. As the number is local to me, I took a chance and called them back, It's the Boots Opticians Appointment Booking Centre so it's quite safe.
