Often early in the morning and in close succession, there is silence, giggling, but no communication - very disconcerting for them. Looks like yet another new number being used by scammers. Unrecognized number so let it go to answerphone - caller hung up as soon as it cut in. At best a wrong number, but almost certainly another annoying scam.
