SCAM Supposedly Santander but not.
Appears to be a phishing call. I answered and an automated voice just said "goodbye" and the call ended. This typically is an attempt to have you call the number back for any number of reasons, typically non of which are good.

Whoever they are, they have the ability to have or create many numbers. They get blocked and move onto another number and call back.
