This number called today at 13.01 asking to speak to Mrs Sarah McSherry. Informed her she had died twelve years ago. She apologised and I asked her to remove phone number from their list and she hung up. Number now blocked.
Received an email from PayPal this morning saying that a money request from someone called Johna Radcliffe for 899.99 GBP, with the message "suspicious activity found in your account 899.99 gbp has been debited called us immediately to report @ +44-800-368-9757. BE AWARE THAT THIS PHONE NUMBER IS COMMITTING FRAUD & ALSO USING PAYPAL TO DO IT!!!!!!!!
This seems to be a random call. No message left when phone unanswered.
Known scam 0845 and 0843 numbers call for a second or two. They rely on you to call back as the number looks official. You are then played a recorded message that is designed to keep you on the line as the call is charged at over a £1 per minute. So you end up paying for the scam and your phone company probably won't help as you made the call willingly.

SCAMMERS: it is a pre recording message saying you need to pay your subscription to amazon prime £79.99 and to press some phone keys to re activate your prime account. Amazon prime doesn’t make calls regarding subscriptions, yo do this only directly in your account. Be careful

Yeah, these idiots keep calling me too. My advice is to play along and waste their time. I spent hours providing them false contact and banking details. They got really angry when they kept asking me to confirm the account number. It feels so good wasting their time when then had full intentions of wasting myne / whilst trying to rob me blind . Emmisions advice team, wanted me to enter contract to reclaim compensation for my diesel BMW. Wanted me to agree contract over the phone and text then said they'd send me details and I'd have 14 days to cancel the contract, when I asked for the contract in writing by email first before agreeing to anything she got sh1tty and hung up.
Constantly phoning about an actual accident, where they got this information I don't know, but they seem to be relentless and are insistent. They are a scam.
