They have been calling a lot these past few days, but when I answer they always hang up. My guess is that they try to trick you into calling them back, otherwise I can t explain what s the use of harassing people like that?!

This number called once in afternoon and once in evening approx 7.15 I answered the evening one and it was a loud screeching noise like a fax machine

Had two calls from this number today and they asked for one of the directors by name. I spoke to this director and he said to take a message. The guy from this company (Alan from the Surveyors Office)said that he would try later. I said he would be better leaving a message as I didn t think the call was for this particular person. I am local to Wrexham and have recently had 4 local numbers that have called me whose numbers I don t recognize so have left the calls go to answer phone but shortly after my answer phone message starts, they hang up. They are probably all from the same organization all calling from different numbers. A couple of days ago I got two text messages confirming an appointment" in East Dulwich London. Needless to say I had no such appointment. I checked the address and it appeared to be a company renting out marquees. I also checked the phone numbers and thus I found this site. Now they have started ringing me but leaving no message. Either they have a wrong number, they are scammers or they are timewasters.

Life assurance company. Told them I was registered with TPS and they apologised and said wouldn't call again.

this number just rung saying they can offer an early upgrade to my contract with Three (I m actually with three), but the man new nothing about my contract and asked me how much I spent on average on my phone. If it was a genuine call regarding offering me an upgrade for my existing contract he would at least knew how much I spent every month! Then he hanged up.
