A female speaking chinese or mandarin, no idea what was being said. May have mentioned UPS which co-incidentally I've been receiving scam emails recently purporting to be from them about an outstanding delivery which I can categorically state I am NOT awaiting. This is likely to be connected. SCAM every day in my opinion.

SCAM call. Claims to be Amazon prime. Taking 300 now and 1200 later. I received numerous calls from this this week. 9am 10am noon 5pm. Not All different numbers but this one not found on any who called me site. I leave all calls now to go to ansaphone as am sick to death of them all. If it's not amazon it's loft insulation or domestic appliance cover . The latter also a complete and utter nuisance. If all these callers actually got themselves proper jobs the country might not be in the mess it's in.

Called today at 11:38 Electronic message to say that I’ve not renewed my Amazon Prime subscription and they’ve deducted £96 from my account. If this is incorrect press 1 Dadidadida…… Hung up. I am not a Prime member and they don’t have my card. It’s a scam to get your money. Don’t do it. Wish these numbers could be blocked like on mobiles.

Shame they didn't have any other contract options for me from my account (NEVER DID, EVER - month in month out year in year out). I keep receiving messages in quick succession on my landline answer machine (8 this morning so far). They are clear until the company name is stated, when it becomes muffled. Having looked at the reviews, the calls seem to come from Talk Talk (can hear it is a busy call centre in the background), but I am with BT and have never had any dealings with Talk Talk!
