This company is totally despicable. Had a silent call from them yesterday morning then spoke with rep who called again this morning. He had my name and address, (very distressing) and claimed to be responding to an enquiry. The last time I enquired anywhere about windows was over 19 years ago, and definitely not a company called Smiths! - I thought we had a Data Protection Act!. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
