Fraud SPAM SCAM A Mr. Ford claiming to be from HMRC, telling me that I have an outstanding debt of £545 which must be paid immediately, otherwise there will be a warrant issued for my arrest. I said that I didn't believe this was a genuine call, hung up and then called HMRC but couldn't get through. After an hour and half trying I gave up, but I don't believe they call people from mobile numbers and I know I don't owe anything.

This number called me up to ‘follow up’ after a fraud attempt on my Revolut card. I had actually contacted Revolut as I had another scam call the day before (definitely linked to this one) attempting for me to give a code to add my card to their Apple Pay. Scam call recorded message from Her majesty's tax office. I believe we now have a king. I didn't listen to the full message.
They have phoned my office number about 10 times and I haven't answered. Since my office number has voicemail it is rather surprising they haven't just left a message if they were a genuine caller. Therefore I believe these to be scammers. SCAM
Called me but when I answered immediately had an answering machine that said a letter for me had been returned to them so they would be taking legal action, like an answering machine would go into that much depth. Then I waited for the message to repeat to hear who it claimed to be and instead it hung up. Clearly a scam.

A message in a Chinese language was left by whoever dialled the number. Possibly automated. This happened today at 14:47PM and also on numerous occasions in the past. What is strange about this automated message in Chinese, is that I keep hearing it a lot and it is over a year now since this happened, the only difference is that, I see other UK numbers which was displayed on my phone and the same automated message is heard. I have no clue what the message is all about!
