Trusted to answer as it's a number local to me. Turned out to be an automated message claiming to be from VISA payments to say that my card had been charged £300 to Amazon and £1100 to Western Union, encouraged me to press 1 to dispute charges. I this is a search i made for Matalan in Newcastle upon tyne I pponed the number as i wished to speak to customer servie. A male voice spoke to me saying you have reached your credit please press one to make a payment, I dony have any credit withe matalan. I thought this was a bit fishy so i blocked the number. then i asked my husband to phone the number from his old Nokia phone. the reply was. This number has been blocked. hmmm was it a scam or what. this was my experience, I hope my comments help.
