Someone somewhere was or is being scammed by some fake investment groups and it is sad, this experience is harder than many people think. Automated voice she said it’s from BT press 1 to answer. Heard her voice on other scams especially Amazon

This number claims to be TalkTalk but is NOT. This is a common scam call where the operator asks you to follow instructions on your computer. NEVER follow these instructions nor give any personal information out. If in doubt, put the phone down. TalkTalk has no way of knowing if you have a virus or whether other people are using your broadband.

I have them on auto reject, they call at least 3 times a day and have done for weeks. you would think they would give up.

Just done some business with Reed Rains so this looks like another example of passing (or selling on) personal data. The Consumers Association (Which) are currently running a program to identify and stop these sort of calls. I ll add this one to their list
