Don't know who it is, but they rang off as soon as I answered. Possibly a wrong number, but interesting that others have reported being called from it as well.
Initially a silent call and after several seconds had an automated rather creepy voice that said "goodbye"
Fraud SCAM 07477281979 100% scammers, don't give them any info, they aren't anything to do with any tax office. They're using computer generated voices now likely to hide the fact they a ll have strong asian accents the previous time they called me.

SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:22 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. SCAM CALL - Automated message claiming to be from HRMC staying that they are going to be taking legal action against me. BLOCKED
Called saying they were from Vodaphine technical team checking on my service. They wanted me to do a speed test first on my laptop, then on my phone. As apperently they were currently working on the line and I was having issues... I'm not with Vodaphone. They eventually hung up.
