Answered phone, and said hello someone said hello and ended call. I’ve had quite a few like these and they usually just put phone down with out saying anything. Bit upsetting when your waiting for a call regarding a terminally I’ll relative.

Just got a phone call from this number at 10:24am, 26/4/2023 stating that there has been 2 "international transactions" over £700 this morning. Don't believe it one bit considering its from an EE provided phone number. It then says to press 1 to cancel the transaction. I didn't press anything and just left it then it hung up.

Phoned me and played a computer recodred message which claimed to be from my card provider, without telling me who they were. Told me that there had been suspicious transactions on my account and tried to get me to speak to them. I hung up and checked with my bank who told me that nothing of the sort could have happened. Perhaps looking at some sort of CRM? Can't make up if I accidentally left my data somewhere and ended up in this system? Or my data got to their system another way. It's all quite sketchy. Tried calling back but getting: "this is the voicemail of Norah Jones, I'm on vacation".
