SCAM Badly typed WhatsApp message from someone claiming to be Megan from Impellam Employmnet Group, asking if 'she' could provide information about a job offer. I am not looking for a job and have never had any contact with the real Impellam. The information on this page that the number is located in Kazakhstan is also suspicious, since Impellam does not appear to have an office in Kazakhstan. Didn't reply, reported and blocked number, Suggest others do the same.

Do not be duped into calling this number. The text message received from this number on 14/02/2024 at 12:13 simply read: "Got it (thumbs up emoji)" No other content and this number is not in my phone book nor was I expecting any messages like this from anyone. Received a payment request email from Paypal for £650 with message stating "Fraudulent activity found, amount £649.99 GBP has been debited from your account for a purchase of DECATHLON GIFT CARDS, if it's not you reach us immediately @ +44-800-368-9784". As this email was directly from PayPal, i checked my account and the request for payment was actually true, however the message on the request is false and the number is fake. This number is NOT Paypal and is a scam.
