Written to British Gas filed a legal compliant about harassment calls i received from this number and another two for the past 35 days. The calls stopped and today it is back again for the first time.

rang 4 times today but I let it go to answer machine, no message left, each time I`ve done the 1471 and its Laithewaithe`s presumably trying to sell me more wine. I placed my first on line order with this company just before Christmas (36 bottles of wine) 4 days after Christmas I got a call from them trying to sell me more, which I declined. They have pestered me 3 or 4 times a day almost every day ever since.Aargh!!! pass the wine somebody!!!

BNRoptions I never answered but somehow they had my work email address and they emailed me. they called twice in a row. Basically some financial investment nonsense.

Asian man called "John" said he was from Sky and that my "equipment insurance had been expired". I don;t have Sky and never have, so its an obvious scam to get you to pay them for non-existant insurance

This is very similar to 0121 389 0863 and suggests in the same office. 0121 389 0863 is noted as being a nuisance call about accidents we have had or in my case not had. Now blocked.

Never answered as I was driving. Don’t tend to answer call who’s number I don’t know.

Why doesn t OFCOM clamp down on Eon for this? I don t want a bloody meter. They could easily email me or send a letter - they should not be allowed to hassle people on the telephone.
