This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. This call is the result of completing a survey, usually on social media, about the eligibility of a new boiler grant. If you aren't eligible for the grant then this company is contacting you regarding buying a new boiler. I had a couple of missed calls and then received a text explaining all of the above and giving me the option to cease any further contact.
