Claimed to be energy survey company. When told we were not interested and to delete our details, the caller said "you c**t". Not the attitude to have regardless if it was genuine or spam.
This is British gas and they make appointments without asking you to install smart meters I went online and cancelled if you dont they will turn up and Ive read if you dont let them in or are out they will bill you for their time absolutely ridiculous

A legit company is linked to the full number I.e (0)122 etc but it's displaying at +44. Have done my research and investigated and found out it's something to do with a Crypto currency scam!!! I have never got involved in crypto currency and unsure how they had access to my number. SCAM - pretend to be calling to book me for a conference at ExCel London in November because I have previously attended it before using a Manchester local number.
