I did speak to one of their operatives & he was asking a lot of questions which I refused to answer. Picked up phone - line silent then disconnected. Call at 11.05am on 26th September. Very annoying.

This company have been working on recovering my ppi since 2012, on various accounts/loans/store cards. I have had no problems with them. They have settled 3 accounts for me todate and are still working on a couple. Great value for money as they do all the donky work for the fee that I paid them for.
