I need to know who rang me

This number has called 4 times today and 4 times yesterday. Tried calling it back but it doesn't answer.

Called today and asked for me by name. Sounded suspicious I did not acknowledge that but asked "who is this?" a couple of times and the line then went dead. Rang 1471 to get the number and then called it back with 141 in front of it and the line; thus this is one of latest scams where to callers hide behind a false but apparently valid so as to get round call identity phones

claimed they were working on behalf of financial insurance authority to check if mis sold life insurance..appears to be a new mis sold ppi type cold caller..Have blocked number

Picked up the phone and an Asian-sounding gentleman answered. He said he wasn t conducting a survey, but just wanted to ask a few questions. Q1) Who provides your television service? Still sounded like a survey to me, so I politely declined and put the phone down.
