Checked Energy prices this morning took care not to advise home or Mobile number yet these people appear to have related my enquiry to my Mobile.I have raised issues about these type of Companies with Ofcom to no avail.We have call blockers on both Home and Mobiles but they Bypass by using 0044 as the initial access point.Even TPS is ignored.

Fraud They took money of us by claiming they had details of illegal transactions relating to businesses that owe us money. It turns out those businesses are their other client's debtors too and they use their private data illegally. Unfortunately we fell for this scam and paid. If you look carefully. Told them I hadn t (I d had a minor bump a few months back but no injuries to either party, but I m not telling them that). Surprisingly the advisor actually offered to take my number off their database (whether they will or not is another matter).

Next time they call just say "hold on I ve got to turn the tap off." Then see how long they hold before they hang up.

This is an affiliated number belonging to a set redirected through a Company called Nexbridge Communications Ltd. I received a call from this number at 16:55 to tell me that the government owed me over ?4k I gave no bank details and when I asked what company they were calling from I was told it was a dept of the UK Government. I was also given ref no.RB51. I was told to call back in 5 mins to speak to a manager who would explain further and send me my cheque. If it was the UK Government surely they would write to people!!!
