I corrected them saying I made my claims already and nothing was refused, your "facts" are wrong! Caller was like "oh, er...ok, then we ll take you off our system..." to which I interrupted "that will be advisable, as my number is TPS registered and this number will be reported if you call again!" When quizzed, he said he did not work for BT but One Com who deal with Open Reach customers. Sounds like a marketing call to me so won't be getting a call back
